Colin is an amazing personal trainer. I have known Colin for over five years and have seen his integrity and educational learning achievements progress during this time. I have personally asked Colin to help me achieve certain extreme goals to helping me learn how to re-walk after my Achilles accident. He’s always continually learning and educating himself.  One of the things that I appreciate and respect most about Colin is his ability to educate you on the important of stretching before and after exercising and meal planning. The stretches he has designed for me allow my body to absorb my workouts better and define my body like I’ve never experienced before.
