How we protect your data

What data breach procedures we have in place

If we become aware of a data breach which compromises data which we feel represents a risk to sensitive information, we will inform you by email. However, we do not screen or index general information to classify it as sensitive. We prefer that users DO NOT post sensitive information, and are therefore not responsible for it.

What third parties we receive data from

We may occasionally place advertisements from external services on our website. We do not always have control which ads may be served or why. If you have a concern about ad content, please contact us. We may also receive content-scoring or user-authentication checks from third-parties when content is submitted, for purposes of security.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

There may be automated content-screening rules which affect whether or not user content is posted or emails sent through contact forms. There is no appeals process, but we may address your concerns with specific decisions if you contact us.

We use Google’s reCaptcha service to reduce attempts by automated scripts to access our website and improve overall performance.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

Do not post any content of which you are not the owner or for which you do not have rights to share. This includes certain images, text, sound recordings, videos and more. Simply, if you did not create it, you should probably not share it. If we receive a complaint about copyright infringement, questionable or non-compliant content, we will immediately remove it and provide notice to whomever posted it why it has been removed. While you may have certain rights under DMCA to appeal a takedown request, we are not obligated to host a user’s content and may remove or refuse to post any content for any reason at any time.
